These two photographs show the entrance at York Road which was the site of the Veloce Works. The one on the left taken in August 2013 shows the factory operated by Rolls Royce Aero Engines and the one on the right as it was 2 weeks ago (Feb. 2018), showing the site being demolished. The 3.8 acre site, at the junction of Cateswell Road and York Road, was used by Veloce from 1927 through to 1971 to produce hand built motorcycles.
